Paper Submission
The working language of the conference is English. Prospective authors are invited to submit 4-8 page papers by February 15, 2008.

Manuscripts must be prepared according to the following MS Word and LaTeX templates:

Papers must be submitted in Adobe Acrobat PDF format using the EDAS® conference management system.

Final Version
After paper acceptance, authors are requested to create a PDF file of their final version compliant with the IEEE Xplore®. You may upload your PDF file at the website below, which will be checked for IEEE Xplore® compatibility. To avoid a failure, please make sure that all fonts are embedded in the PDF file.
Alternatively, you may upload the source files (MS Word, LaTeX, DVI) which will be converted to PDF by the IEEE PDF eXpress software.
When entering the IEEE PDF eXpress application, use fusion08x as the Conference ID.
Then, please upload the IEEE Xplore® compliant PDF to the EDAS paper management system.

Please, note that each author must register for the conference before submitting his / her final paper.
